Slow Digestion Remedies
Traditional Chinese Style

Looking for slow digestion remedies? These three traditional Chinese exercises improve sluggish digestion quickly, easily and safely - without pills, potions or preparation.

1. The first exercise should only be done on an empty stomach. Known as the Abdominal Lift it is best done first thing in the morning before breakfast and is a superb slow digestion remedy.
